Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsible for welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in/check-out, handling reservations and guest requests using IHG systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and assist with Park Sleep & Fly packages. Requires at least 2 years of IHG property experience, strong customer service and communication skills, familiarity with IHG systems, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site position at Holiday Inn Express Bensenville, IL, with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working at an IHG property (REQUIRED)
- Familiarity with IHG systems (e.g., Hotel Key)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
