Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsible for managing front desk operations, checking guests in and out, processing payments, and providing information and assistance to guests and vendors. Must produce shift reports for management and deliver professional, courteous guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment. Must be able to handle stress well and adapt to variable scheduling and guest occupancy. Island Hospitality offers training and a comprehensive benefits package; E-Verify is used where required.
Required Qualifications
- Check-in/Check-out hotel guests
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
- Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
