The Front Desk Agent is responsible for guest check-in/check-out, handling cash and credit card transactions, managing reservations, maintaining a professional attitude, and ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent Verbal & Written Communication in Proper English (Spanish, if possible)
  • Basic Math

  • Operate a 10 Key Calculator
