Job Summary
Ensure all guests receive a friendly, efficient, and error-free check-in and check-out experience while handling continuous requests in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs, answer questions regarding the local area and facilities, and provide proper directions. Demonstrate proper phone etiquette by transferring calls, taking messages, and making reservations. Follow cash handling procedures to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts. Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to stand for an entire shift, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience where you have been guest facing in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
