Job Summary
Front Desk Agent role at a Banff location. You will ensure guests receive an exceptional experience before, during and after their stay, including handling check-ins/outs, processing reservations and billing, and providing information about local area services. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, monitoring room availability, maintaining inter-departmental communication, handling basic accounting transactions (debits/credits), and supporting other departments as needed. Physical duties include maintaining safety and upkeep of guest areas and removing snow/ice as required. The role values a self-motivated, outgoing personality with excellent written and verbal communication, numerical proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays). Prior front desk experience is an asset, as is a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
