Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsible for being the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Provide warm, professional service to create a welcoming and seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, and offering information about hotel services and local attractions. Reports to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Possesses a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills in English, and a professional approach aligned with HVMG’s Culture of Excellence. Education/experience: hotel experience is a plus; combination of education and experience acceptable. Eligible to work in the United States.
