Job Summary
Be the friendly face of our hotel, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism. Manage check-ins and check-outs, room assignments and key distribution, process payments and prepare accurate guest invoices, and provide expert knowledge on hotel amenities and nearby dining/entertainment options. Communicate guest needs to the appropriate departments, coordinate transportation, and log/act on guest feedback. Proactively promote current rates, offers, and hotel packages, while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor and delivering personalized service in a dynamic hospitality environment. Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Previous hotel front desk experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule
