Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at Soho House New York handles guest check-in/check-out and concierge duties, answers inquiries via email and other portals, processes payments and balances cash, and assists with reservations, amenities and services to enhance guest experience. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of similar role or customer service / facing role
- Must be okay with multi-tasking, answering high-volume phone lines and inquiries professionally (face to face)
- OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets and/or Opera experience
- Problem solving skills and conflict resolution
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
