Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsible for guest service, reservations, check-in/check-out, and providing information and assistance to guests. Duties include greeting guests, processing reservations, maintaining guest information in the property management system, handling payments and balances, assisting with PBX/switchboard and concierge tasks, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, ensuring adherence to hotel standards, and contributing to guest satisfaction and lobby/tolicy operations. Requires strong English communication, basic mathematical skills, and a professional appearance; prior hospitality or customer-service experience preferred.
