Job Summary
Provide guest services at the front desk, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries while ensuring a warm, professional guest experience. Responsibilities include reviewing reservations, maintaining accurate rates/folios, communicating with departments, attending to guest needs, and assisting with events/activities directions. Maintain cash float during shifts and ensure compliance with background checks and company policies. Requirements include 1-2+ years of front office experience (preferred), knowledge of Opera or other PMS is a strong asset, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong verbal and written communication, hospitality passion, and availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; background checks may be conducted. Hotel Arts is an equal opportunity employer.
