Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsible for greeting guests, managing registrations, handling check-ins/outs, responding to guest inquiries and chats, operating the hotel switchboard, processing reservations, maintaining loyalty enrollment goals, computing bills, and coordinating with housekeeping/maintenance. Responsibilities include guiding guests about services and directions, ensuring accurate credentials, balancing cash, and performing breakfast duties as needed to support guest satisfaction. Proficiency with hotel systems and guest communication tools (PMS, Kipsu, Zingle, Sales Force, Quore, Beekeeper) is expected; strong multi-tasking and customer-service focus are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Less than high school education; or up to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
