Job Summary
Front Desk Agent for a hotel in Torrance, CA. Responsible for welcoming guests, processing check-ins/outs, handling cash and credit transactions, managing bookings, assisting guests with local knowledge, and upselling when appropriate. Must be able to read and communicate effectively, be tech‐savvy, and handle guest requests and concerns while maintaining a warm, brand‐ambassador presence. Flexible to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Requires a high school diploma (college degree a bonus) and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
