Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent (Agente de Recepción) greets guests, handles arrivals and departures, processes reservations, and delivers courteous, efficient service. Responsibilities include maintaining a house bank and cash handling, processing guest billing (cash, checks, credit cards, and special billing), using up-selling techniques, coordinating with other hotel departments, and supporting leadership with assigned duties. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–12 months of relevant experience (or 1 year if no formal education), with availability on weekends and holidays; prior hotel or similar hospitality experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- At least 3-12 months of relevant experience and/or training. If no educational background, at least 1 year.
- Previous similar position in a hotel, or similar business entity preferred.
