Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsible for greeting and registering guests, checking guests in and out, inputting and retrieving information in the computer system, handling various forms of payment and currency conversion, and using the POS system to promote hotel services. Requires knowledge of room categories and rates, upselling hotel amenities, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Emphasis on delivering outstanding service with flexible scheduling (PM and overnight shifts) and collaboration with the front office team.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or high-volume customer service environment
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use a POS system
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive guest experience
- Hilton brand experience is a plus
