Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, checking in/out, and reserving rooms. Duties include answering inquiries, accepting reservations, selling room nights to increase occupancy and revenue, resolving guest issues, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, handling billing and payments, pre-registering guests, managing front desk log, and providing wake-up calls. Must have experience in customer service/hospitality and be proficient with Microsoft 365; minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
