Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at Courtyard by Marriott Ft Lauderdale East/Lauderdale-by-the-Sea: handles guest check-ins/check-outs, answers and processes phone calls, and fulfills special service requests following hotel policies. Focuses on anticipating guest needs, maintaining positive guest relations, resolving complaints, and staying knowledgeable about hotel features, hours, rates, and promotions.
