Job Summary
Front Desk Agent responsible for guest check-in/check-out, answering phone calls, and handling special service requests in line with hotel policies. Must maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours of operation, room rates, packages, and promotions; manage guest payments and banking, process registrations, coordinate with Bell Person for luggage, handle overbooked or walked-in guests, and relay pertinent information to other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills are required; a High School diploma or GED and prior hotel experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- One year previous experience in a similar position in a hotel
- Basic computer skills
