Job Summary
Part-time Front Desk Agent at Fairfield Inn & Suites New Orleans Downtown/French Quarter Area. Responsible for greeting guests, handling check-in/check-out, processing phone calls, managing guest requests, and maintaining knowledge of hotel features, rates, promotions, and daily activities. Responsibilities include resolving guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction, assisting with wake-up calls and faxes, coordinating with other departments, handling cash/payments, and directing bell staff for luggage. Requires a High School diploma or GED, and about one year of prior hotel experience; basic computer skills are needed. Emphasizes hospitality, guest relations, and adherence to standard policies and procedures.
