Job Summary
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and establish appropriate credit while operating the property management system and PBX. Resolve guest issues and conflicts using discretion, manage reservations for dining and activities, and conduct follow-ups with guests and team members. Maintain proficiency with the radio paging system and cash handling procedures. Requires strong communication skills and previous hospitality experience. Available Monday through Sunday from 3 pm to 11 pm. Located near SeaTac International Airport.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience
- Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability Monday through Sunday with working hours from 3 pm - 11 pm
- Possesses a working knowledge of the front desk
- Be knowledgeable and proficient with the property management system
- Operate the PBX and Radio paging system according to procedures
- Establishes appropriate credit at time of guest check-in
- Issues room keys
- Familiarizes guests with the services and areas of the property
- Manages guest issues effectively
- Use discretion and professionalism in resolving guest conflicts
- Use good judgement to consult with management if assistance or follow-up is needed
- Conduct adequate follow-up with both guest and fellow team members
- Makes restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations on behalf of the guest
