Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at Renaissance Seattle, PM shift role focused on delivering personalized guest experiences. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, cultivating guest relations, engaging guests about stay and local offerings, anticipating needs, handling special requests, assisting individuals with disabilities, coordinating with Bell-person/Housekeeping/Engineering/Security to resolve issues, managing and securing bank, handling wake-up calls, and following property procedures for emergencies. Requires 1 year in guest services or related field, strong English communication, proficient computer skills, ability to de-escalate situations, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in guest services, front desk, or related field
