Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for performing registration, checkout, and cashiering duties while ensuring a positive guest experience. Essential responsibilities include greeting guests, managing bookings, accepting payments, and maintaining lobby cleanliness. Effective communication and customer service skills are vital, along with the ability to handle cash transactions and balance a cash drawer. Candidates should have a high school education, with preferred experience in hospitality or customer service. Attention to detail and ability to resolve guest issues are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Good communication skills, verbal, written and electronic
- Considerable knowledge of complex mathematical calculations and computer programs
- Excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills
- Detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Basic computational ability
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
- Knowledgeable about basic function of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, Key system and POS
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Strong in issue resolution and proven analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience in a front desk or customer service role

- All Staff Members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Azul Hospitality standards
- Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position
- Staff with irregular attendance/tardiness will be subject to disciplinary action
