Job Summary
Front Desk Agent at The Colony, TX shift 7AM-3PM responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, checking in/out, and reserving rooms; uses suggestive selling to increase occupancy and revenue; coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance; manages billing, wake-up calls, and guest communications; ensures high-level customer service and adherence to safety procedures; supports group arrivals, pre-registration, and accurate billing; requires guest-service experience, basic computer skills (Microsoft 365), and a high school diploma; pre-employment background check; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions
- Experience in the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants or similar in various roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications
- Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Pre-employment background check required
