Job Summary
Greet and register guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and settle accounts upon departure. Manage reservations, modify bookings, and answer inquiries regarding facilities, hours, restaurants, and local attractions. Operate the telephone switchboard, front desk computer system, and two-way radio while logging and delivering packages, mail, and messages. Maintain proper appearance, comply with brand policies, and assist in emergency procedures. Perform assigned duties including helping coworkers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safe hotel operations. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.

- Ability to perform numerical operations using basic counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and/or short correspondence and memos
- Ability to use logic to define the problem, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, interpret information, and deal with abstract variables for unique or unfamiliar situations
- Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness and ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- College course work in related field
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to guests
- Understanding of hotel products and guest services (i.e. lifestyle, full service resort, etc)
