Job Summary
Provide comprehensive administrative support for a Baltimore-based outpatient clinic, including scheduling/confirming appointments, managing referrals and records, answering calls/emails, preparing reports and communications, supporting intake processes, verifying insurance, tracking no-shows and cancellations, managing clinic calendar, maintaining client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance, and collaborating with clinical/administrative staff. Role involves front desk duties, patient service, and light office duties; part-time with potential for full-time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
