Job Summary
Front Crew at Ono Hawaiian BBQ — provide exceptional customer service, take orders, operate the POS system, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with orders, promoting marketing promotions and new products, handling payments, serving food, completing cashier closing tasks, and maintaining daily cleaning and sanitation. Must understand health codes and company policies, follow Front Crew Training Guidelines, maintain regular attendance, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications include a Food Handler Card, basic math skills, proficient English, reliable transportation, and excellent customer service.
