Job Summary
Welcome and greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at the front counter or drive-thru, and maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room while observing health and sanitation guidelines. Ensure each guest leaves with a smile by demonstrating positive attitude and truthful character. Handle all equipment, navigate shelving high and low, and respond quickly to order changes in a hot, noisy, fast-paced environment. Requires reliable transportation, basic math and verbal communication skills, and ability to work under pressure. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
