Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, explain services and promotions, and create service tickets in the system. Coordinate repair schedules with technicians, communicate costs and timelines, process payments, and maintain accurate service records. Keep the front counter clean and ensure all interactions reflect Southern Tire Mart's service standards. This role requires a high school diploma, age 18+, and availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with overtime possible.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with POS/service management systems
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, service writing, or customer service
- Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire services
