Coordinate repair schedules with technicians, communicate clearly about costs and timelines, process payments, and maintain accurate service records. Keep the front counter area clean and welcoming while ensuring all interactions reflect Southern Tire Mart's service standards. This role requires a high school diploma, age 18 or older, and basic computer skills, with automotive knowledge a plus.
