Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, explain services and promotions, and create service tickets in the system. Coordinate repair schedules with technicians, communicate costs and timelines, process payments, and maintain accurate service records. Assist in keeping the front counter clean and welcoming while ensuring all interactions reflect Southern Tire Mart's service standards. Requires a high school diploma, age 18 or older, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are available, with overtime possible.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
