Front Counter Sales/Service Writer

Greet customers professionally, explain services and promotions, and create service tickets in the system. Coordinate repair schedules with technicians, communicate costs and timelines, and process payments upon completion. Maintain accurate service records, manage paperwork, and keep the front counter area clean while upholding Southern Tire Mart's service standards.
