Job Summary
Assist customers with products and service needs, prepare quotes, process sales, and handle pricing inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. Develop knowledge of Kal Tire's products and services while answering calls, setting up appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Meet sales targets by converting leads into lasting customer relationships and address concerns to prioritize customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. This full-time, permanent role is based in the Abbotsford, BC store.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with automotive industry
- Adaptability
- Commitment to safety
- Legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
- Must be able to perform a Canadian Criminal Record Check
