Job Summary
Conduct front-end sales by intercepting phone calls, building quotes and orders for pickup or delivery, and assisting customers entering the store. Maintain store cleanliness, restock inventory, and manage the main store and front end upkeep. Execute suggestive selling, add-on sales, and effective closing techniques to meet sales and margin goals. Follow up on quotes to drive conversion and share product expertise with the team. Understand building materials marketplace features and prospect customer needs. Part-time schedule with ideal retail hours; $18–$21 hourly with annual performance raises.
