Job Summary
Assist customers with product and service needs, prepare quotes, process sales, and handle pricing inquiries to meet targets. Record tire pressure and tread depth for fleet maintenance clients, then report data to commercial tire techs. Answer calls, set up appointments, and maintain accurate records while ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively. Requires a driver's license, afternoon/evening shift availability, and weekends. Starting wage $19.44/hr with extended health, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or service-related roles
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with automotive industry
- Adaptability
- Commitment to safety
- Must have Drivers license
- Availability for afternoon/evening shifts and weekends
- Comfortable checking tire pressure
- Comfortable inspecting underside of trailers/vehicles
- Comfortable compiling reports
- Candidates considered for the role must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
- A Canadian Criminal Record Check may be required for certain positions as part of the final stages of the hiring process
