Job Summary
Assist all retail and shop customers in selecting required parts, inform them of companion part requirements and specials, and ensure exposure to the full product line. Answer phone calls to provide price quotes and information, review body shop estimates to verify ordered parts and pricing alignment, and interact with outside stores and body shops to facilitate parts delivery. Maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient service standard for internal and external clients while managing time efficiently and adapting to changing department needs. Shifts may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Initiative and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the department and manage time efficiently
- Clean DMV driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Shifts may include weekends, evenings and some holidays
