Front Counter Representative Milton Rents

Greet walk-in traffic in the showroom and answer incoming calls to initiate sales or route inquiries to other departments. Coordinate sales and rentals with outside sales, shop, and warehouse personnel while retaining rental contracts until equipment is returned. Resolve outstanding issues to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the company, then forward all referrals and leads to the appropriate Outside Sales Rep. Generate activity reports as requested by management and obtain or update customer information per management requests. This role supports the front counter at Milton CAT, a division of Milton CAT, where you will handle inbound sales activity and ensure customer requests are handled professionally and timely.
