Job Summary
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers by assisting with parts selection, advising on companion parts, and communicating promotions. Respond to inquiries quickly with accurate information on price quotes, availability, and specifications. Accurately pull, package, and prepare parts for pickup or delivery while maintaining records of estimates and invoices. Communicate with the parts manager regarding out-of-stock items, special orders, and back-orders, submitting emergency orders when necessary. Keep the counter, desk, and inventory area clean and organized. Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge, OEM updates, and vendor offerings. Work the 2nd shift with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to safely operate machines, motor vehicles, hand tools, and job specific equipment or tools
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in parts sales, inventory management, or parts software
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Forklift operation experience
