Front Counter Associate

Create work orders, arrange bookings, and communicate schedules to technicians. Provide service quotes, receive customer authorization, finalize sales, and complete follow-up calls to gauge satisfaction. Recommend tire and mechanical services while ensuring accurate billing and system updates. Maintain promotional materials in the showroom and participate in safety initiatives for customers and staff. Complete assigned e-learning courses and assist with inventory management documentation. A valid driver's license and a satisfactory Driver's Abstract are required. Regular day shifts are available at Fountain Tire Red Lake.
