Job Summary
Conduct hot and cold food prep assignments by following recipes accurately and sanitation guidelines. Monitor food levels on the line and communicate with prep cooks to prepare takeout and catering orders timely. Arrive on time for each shift, practice proper time reporting, and follow station and cleaning checklists consistently. Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests while cross-training across multiple stations. Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation to deliver great backyard hospitality. Work in a fast and independent manner to contribute to team initiatives and support long-term value.
