Job Summary
Demonstrate high standards of customer service, maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards, and meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager. Maintain an organized schedule, sell and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, and notify the manager when supplies are low. Assist in all in-store operational processes, ensure store standards and safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures are adhered to, and follow all company timekeeping procedures. Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times while attending mandatory product training and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Guest Service Experience (1 year)
- Sales and Marketing Experience
- Highschool, or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Salon Experience
