Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems while ensuring end-to-end ownership of critical services. Lead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems, perform root cause analysis to resolve complex production incidents, and conduct thorough reviews to uphold quality and security standards. Identify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and operational resilience within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework. Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of hands-on development with AMAS, AFG, AIMS and AMAS interaction with PRIME
- Solid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and equity derivatives
- Good knowledge of Market making using AMAS and PRIME
- Very good English language skills (written and verbal)
- Customer oriented with focus to support an organisation in developing and providing solutions
- Very high level on self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiating changes
- Willingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes
