Job Summary
Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage including order passage according to category and season, monitor promotions, track inventory, variance, and weekly sales. Perform monthly inventory and margin tracking while ordering products based on sales, rotation, and seasonality. Handle cutting and packaging cheese according to production sheets for industrial and point-of-sale packaging. Manage stock levels, variance, and weekly sales figures. Achieve sales targets for your section. Schedule includes morning shifts for one week out of two, with Sunday off. Full-time contract (CDD or CDI).
