Job Summary

Troubleshoot and maintain JMP and Wynright robots to minimize downtime, fix robot faults, and unjam lanes for continuous product flow. Facilitate case assignment with warehouse and manufacturing techs, input work orders for equipment breakdowns, and act as a relief warehouse loader. Perform timely maintenance, cleaning, and end-of-week sanitation duties while adhering to food safety programs and Good Manufacturing Practices. Lift up to 25 lbs at all levels and work cross-functionally with plant teams to support operations. Requires a forklift license, clean driving record, and mechanical aptitude. Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts on a three-on-three-off rotation.

  • Previous experience working with robots and troubleshooting equipment errors
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • High degree of organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand the whole business and the impact warehouse has on it
  • The aptitude to achieve competency in role, communicating with multiple teams in the plant and escalating concerns to leadership
  • Heavy lifting required
  • Shift: 3 days on/3 days off, 12hr shifts
  • Ability to lift +25lbs at all levels

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a forklift license
  • Good employment history, as measured by attendance, involvement with teams / committees/ clean driving record
  • Driving license and clean driving record is an asset
  • Forklift certification will be provided previous experience an asset
  • Completing Quality / Food Safety training and adhering to the Food Safety programs
  • Attendance in warehouse team meetings as required
  • Ensure safety standards and practices are achieved and improved
  • Role model for behaviors based on co-operation, collaboration, and excellence
  • Work cross-functionally with other areas of the plant and provide input to team decisions
  • Ensure that sanitation and food safety guidelines are followed
  • Observe Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Good Warehouse Practices (GWP's) and provide GMP
  • Support end of week sanitation duties and preventative maintenance (TPM) responsibilities as required
