Job Summary

Operate machinery ranging from basic to complex while conducting daily and biweekly sanitation activities. Maintain professional conduct with colleagues and adhere strictly to safety and food safety protocols, including completing required training. This entry-level role requires excellent physical coordination to lift 45-60 lbs constantly and push or pull up to 80 lbs frequently. You must be punctual, willing to work 12-hour shifts (day and night), and possess strong interpersonal skills to support the team. As part of PepsiCo Foods Canada, you contribute to manufacturing operations that bring beloved brands like Lay's and Quaker to consumers globally.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be available for day and night shifts
  • Excellent physical coordination and conditioning
  • Good speaking and writing skills
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and committed to follow safety and food safety protocols
  • Must be able to lift/carry 45-60 lbs. constantly for 12 hours a day
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 80 lbs. frequently
  • Must be able to perform constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping
  • Completing Safety, Quality/Food Safety training and adhering to the Safety and Food Safety policies that is required for your area
