Job Summary
Manually unload route trucks with cartons and pallets of product, then unload returned materials. Stack and organize product while maintaining proper housekeeping standards in warehouse areas. Perform all job functions at established efficiency levels, filling downtime with light facility maintenance, cleaning, and audit compliance tasks. Adjust schedules to various delivery times as needed. Complete required safety and food safety training while adhering to all policies. Lift and carry 45-60 lbs constantly and push or pull up to 80 lbs frequently. Work independently with little supervision across warehouse areas.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge working within a warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift/carry 45-60 lbs. constantly for 8-12 hours a day
- Must be able to push/pull up to 80 lbs. frequently
- Must be able to perform constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Completing Safety, Quality/Food Safety training and adhering to the Safety and Food Safety policies that is required for your area
Desired Qualifications
- Preference to candidates with Grade 12 education
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
