Job Summary
Le Frigoriste - Niveau 1 is responsible for delivering portable HVAC equipment to clients while providing exemplary service. This role includes communicating professionally with clients, planning deliveries, installing rented HVAC equipment, and training users on safe operation. The candidate will also maintain an organized workshop, clean and prepare equipment for rental, solve equipment-related problems, and ensure safety procedures are followed for gas connections. A refrigeration technician card is required, along with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, basic math skills, and mechanical aptitude.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a refrigeration technician card (or in the process of obtaining)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Availability for after-hours and weekend work during peak periods
