Job Summary
Deliver direct dental care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant application, and fluoride treatments under general dentist supervision. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and medical history, and guide families through the entire treatment process. Provide compassionate care to a patient base over 70% comprised of children, while adhering to all government regulations and company standards. This role supports Benevis's mission to create over one million smiles annually through high-quality, affordable dental care in a fun, compassionate environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment
