Job Summary
Sort, case, and inspect produce while setting up bins, removing defective items, and performing stretch wrap operations. Execute cleaning duties and bust out product, adhering strictly to company policies, safety instructions, and Food Safety Standards (GMP). Maintain a clean and orderly work area while enduring prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds in outdoor or non-climate controlled environments. Work at a fast pace with few errors, complying with GMP standards and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Working in outdoor weather conditions, non-climate controlled areas, and/or a 38-degree environment
- Endure prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, walking on hard surfaces, reaching, and lifting
- Must work at a fast pace with few errors
- Require repetitive motion with arms and hands
- Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work extended hours as needed (including weekends and holidays)
