Freshman Volleyball Coach: School Year 2026-2027

Oversee the entire volleyball program, including safety, equipment inventory, and scheduling of scrimmages, games, and practices. Supervise athletes before, during, and after all activities, while monitoring academic performance to enforce eligibility and promoting sportsmanship. Demonstrate all sport fundamentals, evaluate student progress, and communicate with the Athletic Director regarding incidents or parental concerns. Build positive relationships with the community to promote the sport and assist with fundraising efforts. Be present at all weekend activities and attend assigned coaching meetings. This role supports Southbridge Public Schools' mission to improve culture, climate, and instruction for its 2,200 students across six schools.
