Job Summary
Freshman volleyball coaching role focused on assisting the head coach with developing student-athletes in fundamentals and competitive play. Responsibilities include supervising and instructing athletes during practice and competitions, ensuring safety and proper care of injuries, maintaining equipment and facilities, communicating with parents and staff, attending district meetings and coaching clinics, teaching sportsmanship and the Pursuing Victory With Honor lifestyle, and upholding district and conference policies. Must be CPR certified and complete the NFHS fundamentals of coaching course. Supports the head coach in all specified duties and performs other tasks as assigned.
