Freshman Boys Basketball Head Coach

Develop and communicate clear goals for the team and individual players while establishing a group that demonstrates good sportsmanship. Cultivate player skills specific to basketball and connect athletic experiences with life lessons to build self-esteem and positive self-image. Maintain open, honest communication with students, parents, other coaches, and the Athletic Director while promoting and enforcing the student-athlete code of conduct. Create a safe, healthy environment for athletes and model good sportsmanship always. Support student academic expectations and responsibilities. Commit to a flexible time schedule with consistent, reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
